Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. The intern will work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to support the growth and expansion of our business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in learning about the IT industry and gaining hands-on experience in business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Perform research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to uncover potential business opportunities.
  
  
• Lead Generation: Help identify and qualify leads through various methods, including social media, industry events, and databases.
  
  
• Outreach: Assist with outreach efforts by drafting emails, making follow-up calls, and arranging meetings with potential clients.
  
  
• Data Analysis: Evaluate sales data and customer feedback to refine business development strategies and tactics. Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
  
  
• Requirements Gathering: Assist in collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
  
  
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings, trends, and recommendations for various stakeholders.
  
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure business development efforts align with company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing final year or passed out in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information - Technology, & Computer Applications.
  
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Basic knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques is a plus.
