Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and driven IT Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and generating leads in the IT industry. This position is ideal for recent graduates or those with up to one year of experience who are passionate about technology sales and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Lead Generation: Research IT industry trends and identify potential clients across various industries for our IT services and solutions.
- Client Prospecting: Initiate outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, introducing them to our services and understanding their business needs.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of leads, client interactions, and ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Proposal Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation tailored to client requirements.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, providing ongoing support to understand and meet their IT needs.
- Networking: Participate in IT industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to expand the company's reach and stay informed of market trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to understand our service offerings, providing accurate information to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, or IT-related customer service (internships and relevant academic projects are welcome).
- Strong interest in technology and an understanding of IT services (e.g., software development, cloud solutions, managed IT services).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to new technology trends and a willingness to continuously learn.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of IT industry terms and basic understanding of software and technology solutions.
- Previous experience or internship in IT sales or business development.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
