We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Analyst Intern to join our team. The intern will work
closely with the Developers and Sales teams to support the growth and expansion of our business. This is a
fantastic opportunity for someone interested in learning about the IT industry and gaining hands-on experience in business development strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts to validate software functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking systems.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing final year or passed out in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information – Technology, & Computer Applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Basic knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques is a plus.
